When Growth Feels Good Until It Doesn’t
You know those seasons in business where everything is working until suddenly it isn’t?
In this episode, I’m sharing the story of how my highest sales month ever was followed by my lowest and what I learned in the process.
I had tripled my revenue in just a few months, yet underneath the surface, things weren’t stable. I was building new programs, launching new ideas, chasing “next-level” growth, but I skipped the part where I paused to strengthen what was already working.
If you’ve ever felt like your business is growing faster than its foundation can hold, this conversation is for you.
1. Revisit Your Core Offer
Your core offer is the heartbeat of your business.
It’s the thing that brings the biggest transformation and the most joy when you deliver it.
But when we start adding too many new things before that offer feels truly solid, we end up spreading ourselves thin. In this episode, I talk about the questions I asked myself to realign with my core offer:
Is it still aligned with how I want to work and who I want to work with?
Can I talk about it confidently, clearly, and often?
Is it scalable and repeatable?
2. Strengthen Your Lead System
If no new people are finding you, growth stops no matter how good your offer is.
Your lead system should include both evergreen and live elements: something that’s always running in the background like a free guide or training and something live each month like a workshop or low-ticket event.
Because trust is the new currency, and people need to see and experience you before they buy.
3. Build a Nurture Path That Feels Human
Nurturing isn’t about algorithms or posting schedules. It’s about real connection.
It’s checking in with the people who are already here on your email list, in your DMs, or inside your programs, and making them feel seen and supported before they ever buy again.
Think of this as the heartbeat between launches. Whether it’s a quick Voxer message, a personal email, or a short Loom video, your presence matters.
4. Simplify Your Sales Process
How easy is it for someone to say yes to working with you?
If your path from interested to enrolled feels confusing or complicated, it’s time to simplify.
This episode will help you clarify your invitations, make them more specific, and ensure your offers are easy to access without anyone needing to jump through hoops.
5. Don’t Forget the Follow-Up
This might be the most overlooked growth strategy of all.
So many potential clients say “not now,” but that doesn’t mean “not ever.”
Following up with heart can reignite conversations, rebuild trust, and open doors you thought had closed. A short voice note or kind check-in can go a long way.

Because sustainable growth doesn’t come from adding more. It comes from getting stronger at the core.
